Quaker Valley Recreation Association (QVRA) is a community-based organization that supports youth athletic programs spanning softball, baseball, soccer, and lacrosse across the 11 municipalities that make up Quaker Valley. In addition to supporting the annual operation of those youth sports divisions, QVRA also manages, maintains, and develops James P. Bouchard Family Park, a multi-purpose community fields complex in Bell Acres, PA.

Quaker Valley Recreation Facilities Development Fund (QVRFDF) is a tax-exempt entity that was formed to facilitate the continued development of James P. Bouchard Family Park.

All donations to QVRFDF will be treated strictly as capital contributions which will only be used toward the further development of the park.
